den help out de staff nurse for new admission..
and ya ~ the young girl done her TOP and de staff nurse let us see de fetus ~ omg ... so well-develop but her parents abandon her ... so heart aching lor ... pity de fetus ... and its 5mth old ... so big ... but ....
nothing much happen too ..
